WHAT SETS IT APART

Theory alone does not change behaviour

Conventional learning
The MA Lab approach
Knowledge-transfer seminars

People understand, but behaviour stays the same.

Beyond theory, into practice

Self-awareness, experience, and dialogue are built into a single flow, so participants practise it inside the room.

One-off workshops

A single session rarely holds.

Designed for lasting change

Tailored to audience, purpose, and duration — scalable from a single session to a multi-session programme according to the client's objectives.

A gap between learning and work

Content does not connect to the working day.

Applicable from day one

Narrowed to something repeatable in short bursts after returning to work, and closed out as concrete practices.

1

15 years of meditation practice

With 15 years of meditation practice and ten years of teaching experience, I guide participants through the practices directly. Guiding meditation practice requires a different skill set from simply lecturing about it.

2

Awareness-to-behaviour structure grounded in psychology

Designed on an academic base that includes cognitive-behavioural psychology. It does not stop at handling emotion; it builds the structure through which awareness carries into behaviour.

3

Creative and non-verbal media

A background in fine arts enables the use of creative media, offering participants a low-pressure way to explore their emotional state.

HOW WE WORK

How We Work

A fully pre-planned programme is not delivered one-way. The organisation's situation, once confirmed, is the starting point for preparation, and observations from the room are shared afterwards.

Before
  • Organisational context and needs confirmed
  • Tailored programme designed and shared for review
  • Schedule and preparation aligned
Training session
During
  • Sessions run on the agreed design
  • Adjusted to the room and to participant response
  • Participant feedback taken up as the session goes
Participants
After
  • Application and a structure for lasting change proposed
  • Insights on participation shared (no personal information)
  • Follow-up programmes connected where useful
Workshop outcome
More than half of all preparation time goes into the planning stage.

When the design is grounded in an understanding of the organisation, the same hour of learning leaves something different behind.
